By accessing or using the 5J Kitchens website at 5jkitchens.com, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Products & Orders

All products are handcrafted in small batches and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

• Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance until the order is fulfilled and shipped.

Perishable Goods & Food Safety

5J Kitchens sells perishable artisan food products. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on food products. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 5jkitchen.tx@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. For perishable products, we use insulated packaging and expedited shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Allergen Notice

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and wheat. While we take every precaution, cross-contamination is possible. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please review all product ingredients carefully and contact us before ordering.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, product formulations, and brand elements — is the property of 5J Kitchens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
